Design and develop BPM solutions using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
Participate in full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to understand functional and technical requirements.
Implement flows, case types, decision rules, integrations, reports, and UI components using Pega best practices.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT cycles.
Troubleshoot application issues and support production as needed
