- System Management:
Manage, configure, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module. - Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure all payroll operations and processes adhere to local and global payroll regulations and legal requirements. - HR & IT Collaboration:
Work closely with HR and IT teams to support payroll operations and integrate payroll data with other systems, such as SAP Finance. - Problem-Solving:
Analyze and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies, providing expert-level consultation during design and implementation. - Reporting:
Develop and maintain payroll-related reports for management and compliance purposes. - Process Optimization:
Optimize payroll workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. - Training & Documentation:
Provide guidance and training to HR staff on payroll processes and maintain relevant documentation. - Project Leadership
