Design and develop ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Configure/customize core modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, etc.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST, SOAP, or MID servers.
Perform data imports, exports, transformations, and CMDB population.
Maintain existing ServiceNow modules and implement new applications/modules.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, etc.).
Conduct unit testing and support UAT and deployment.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for ServiceNow issues
