Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)	Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX. Build and manage Power BI semantic models (datasets) with complex relationships, calculated columns, and measures. Design and implement Power BI Dataflows or equivalent ETL pipelines for reusable and scalable data transformation logic. Integrate data from Microsoft Fabric sources, including OneLake, Lakehouses, and Direct Lake mode. Connect and extract structured data from SharePoint lists and libraries for use in Power BI reports. Implement CI/CD pipelines for Power BI using Azure DevOps, Git, and deployment automation tools. Apply data governance practices including Row-Level Security (RLS), sensitivity labels, and workspace access control. Optimize dataset and report performance through query diagnostics, aggregations, and modeling best practices. Maintain version control and manage deployment across development, test, and production environments
