Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and customize applications/modules including ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
Develop custom scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
Maintain the integrity and security of the ServiceNow environment through updates and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation related to platform configuration, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and new module implementation
