Inventory/Warehouse Executive - Refurbishment

Responsibilities <\/span>and <\/span>Duties:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

The <\/span>following <\/span>is <\/span>a <\/span>summary <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>major <\/span>functions <\/span>of <\/span>this <\/span>individual's <\/span>job:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Conform to all company and local guidelines for quality, environmental and safety standards.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain, control and safeguard the inventory of all items in inventory. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure standardized work processes are followed.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct quality checks.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>May assist plant Refurbishing Engineer for service calls or preventive maintenance calls.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>May assist the plant for service calls, maintenance, and box deliveries\/pick\-ups.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>May assist with loading and unloading boxes received and shipped out of the refurbishing<\/span>
<\/p>

centers as well as parts shipments coming in.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with the reporting manager when new parts are received and signed for and ensure the<\/span> <\/span>paperwork is completed.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate when boxes are received or shipped out with the reporting manager and ensure proper transfer paperwork is given to the reporting manager.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for wearing appropriate eye and hand protection when required.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned by the reporting manager.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain organization of the refurbish center itself as well as all<\/span>
<\/p>

tools, inventories, and any and all equipment and grounds surrounding the canter.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management.<\/span>
<\/p>
