Excellent Communication Skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with visitors, clients, and team members.
Proficient Front Desk Handling, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting guests professionally.
Strong Visitor Management abilities to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and secure reception experience.
Solid Knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to assist with administrative tasks efficiently.
Competent in providing comprehensive Administrative Support to facilitate daily office operations.
A Professional and Presentable Personality, representing the organization with poise and courtesy at all times.
