Workday reporting analyst

Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 2400000 (ie INR 10 - 24 LPA)

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Workday Reporting, including over 3 years specifically focused on Workday PRISM.
• In-depth practical knowledge of Workday PRISM Analytics.
• Experienced in creating Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Discovery Boards.
• Proficient in PRISM data ingestion, data transformation, and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security, Business Processes, and HR data management.
• Skilled in developing complex Calculated Fields and designing Dashboards.
• Familiar with integrating Workday with external data sources.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Possession of Workday PRISM Certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage.
