This role will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate orders, partnerships and curated events, while also supporting ecommerce growth by acquiring high-quality customers and driving brand discovery.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development capability with execution excellence and an understanding of premium customer experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Corporate Sales & Gifting
  • Expand and develop the corporate gifting business across key market segments
  • Identify, engage, and onboard corporate clients for bulk and recurring orders
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the Category and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  1. Partnership Development
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with:
    • Luxury hotels and hospitality groups
    • Corporate offices and institutions
    • Chefs, wellness brands, and cultural platforms
  • Ensure that partnerships achieve measurable results such as increased revenue, customer acquisition, or enhanced brand visibility
  1. Events & Experiential Activations
  • Design and execute curated events including:
    • Tea tastings and workshops
    • Pop-up events and brand showcases
    • Collaborative events with partners
  • Align events with brand positioning and aim to foster strong customer engagement
  1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
  • Generate leads from events and partnerships using structured methods such as QR codes, forms, and CRM integration
  • Collaborate with CRM and D2C teams to convert leads into loyal, repeat customers
  • Monitor post-event conversion rates and assess customer quality
  1. Revenue & Commercial Ownership
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets related to corporate gifting, events, and partnerships
  • Manage pricing strategies and margins for both bulk and customized orders
  • Evaluate the profitability of events and partnerships

Who We're Looking For

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate sales, partnerships, or events
  • Preferably experienced in gifting, hospitality, premium FMCG, or lifestyle industries
  • Proven skills in business development and negotiation
  • Capability to handle both sales efforts and execution tasks
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

Qualification

Graduation or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
