Job Purpose:
• Support the successful deployment, maintenance, development, integration, and use of the infrastructure environment and its services
• Enable the ongoing creation, translation, and consumption of data-driven insights to help us and our customers make better decisions. You will support the creation of APIs and dedicated applications that enable the DataOps strategy to be deployed at scale.
• Work as part of a team that is developing ideas and concepts into solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring all created software is part of a robust and scalable CI/CD framework.
• In order to maintain the quality and integrity of the customer experience, you will test and fix any bugs during the application creation process. You will be familiar with Agile and DevOps principles, and will apply appropriate Application Lifestyle Management techniques.
• Work closely with the AI Product Hub and Customers to ensure that created capabilities are compatible with DataOps infrastructure
Key Accountabilities:
• Be part of a team that establishes the infrastructure needed to successfully implement DataOps at scale
• Implement automated system development, in integration and release pipelines, including the operational and maintenance aspects of systems under
development, and proposed system recovery procedures.
• Support the development of APIs and applications to enable customers to access the DataOps Infrastructure AI microservices
• Work with colleagues and customers to ensure that the available infrastructure is capable of meeting solution requirements.
• Co-ordinate infrastructure design activity. Take responsibility for the technical integrity of projects, ensuring that common technical elements are
recognized and that work is not unnecessarily duplicated.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of applications that demonstrate and illustrate the impact of decision science and visualizations that
can be employed to develop next generation digital solutions.
• Determine how to manage data within the DataOps infrastructure, including; security, archiving, structure and storage.
• Contribute to an open, creative and collaborative culture where everyone feels accountable for shaping the future of DataOps Infrastructure
• Example a lifelong learning practice in the space of your own personal development
