CJA Engineer | Offshore
Key Responsibilities

Assess existing CJA configurations and identify gaps, constraints, and opportunities relative to business and reporting requirements

Configure and support technical components within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to enable scalable reporting and analysis

Translate solution requirements into technical designs for data connections, data views, metrics, dimensions, filters, and reporting-ready structures
-
Support integration of relevant data sources into CJA, including digital, campaign, CRM, marketing automation, and customer data platform inputs
-
Validate data readiness, field mappings, schema alignment, and ingestion logic needed to support accurate reporting and analysis
-
Partner with adjacent teams to support technical integration patterns across CJA, Marketo, AEP, and Adobe CDP / RTCDP
-
Build, test, and optimize CJA data views and supporting configurations for dashboarding, performance reporting, and journey analysis
-
Troubleshoot data quality issues, reporting discrepancies, metric logic, and platform configuration challenges across upstream and downstream systems
-
Support reporting use cases that depend on campaign, audience, profile, and behavioral data originating from interconnected Adobe platforms

Partner with consultants, analysts, and technical teams to resolve dependencies across source systems, tagging, identity, and analytics workflows
-
Support dashboard and reporting development by ensuring underlying data structures are accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose

Contribute to QA/UAT, defect resolution, documentation, and go-live readiness activities

Document technical configurations, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation decisions to support maintainability and handoff

Provide input into future-state enhancements, integration opportunities, and technical recommendations for platform maturity
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in analytics engineering, digital analytics implementation, data engineering, or a related technical field

Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

Experience configuring CJA-relevant components such as connections, data views, metrics, dimensions, filters, and reporting structures
-
Strong understanding of digital and marketing data flows, including cross-system integration patterns
-
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, structured datasets for reporting and analysis
-
Experience supporting data ingestion, transformation, and validation across multiple source systems
-
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts relevant to CJA readiness, including schemas, datasets, identities, and data availability considerations
-
Familiarity with Adobe CDP / RTCDP data structures, audience/profile concepts, and how those dependencies can affect downstream analytics and reporting use cases

Familiarity with Marketo data flows, campaign data structures, and integration considerations relevant to CJA reporting and measurement
-
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills across analytics implementation and reporting issues
-
Ability to work cross-functionally with business, consulting, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical outcomes

Good understanding of governance, privacy, and data quality principles relevant to analytics environments
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-Time CDP / Adobe CDP, Adobe Analytics, and Marketo
-
Familiarity with campaign measurement, funnel analytics, customer journey reporting, and marketing performance use cases

Experience supporting testing, launch, and stabilization activities for analytics or reporting solutions
-
Working knowledge of tagging and instrumentation frameworks and how tracking quality affects downstream reporting
-
Experience with APIs, connector-based ingestion, and technical integration troubleshooting

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript

Relevant Adobe platform certifications
