Job Description:
Must have experience with SCCM, WSUS, Jamf, or similar tools for managing patches in Windows and Mac environments
Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, system administration, and patch management techniques.
6+ years of experience in patch management and system administration in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell for Windows, Bash for macOS) to automate patching tasks
Familiarity with security policies and practices, including vulnerability management and compliance standards.
Ability to analyze patch logs, system data, and reporting tools to identify issues and ensure patch deployment success.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and management.
Relevant IT certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), or CompTIA Security+.
Familiarity with cloud-based patch management solutions (e.g., Intune, Azure Update Management) is a plus.
