TL to manage IT operations at Titan Factory
Should be able to manage 15-member team
Should be able to handle IT end users
Should be having ITIL process
Should be having good knowledge in Windows OS, MS Teams, Intune etc.
Good Communication skills
Should be well-versed with emails and reporting (excel / PPT)
Understanding of Tamil language is mandatary.
