Job Description:-

Contract IT Recruiter: Source, screen, and engage IT talent for contractual positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and requirements.
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Negotiate contract terms and facilitate the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Provide timely updates and feedback to stakeholders..
Act as a brand ambassador to promote the organization's values and opportunities.
