Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design for both new and existing platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
- Design and manage integrations with third-party services like Stytch (authentication), Chargebee (subscription management), Qlik (data integration and visualization), and Okta (SSO)
- Oversee real-time data processing capabilities, integrating tools like Excel and Google Sheets seamlessly
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align the platform's technical roadmap with business goals and ensure agility
- Ensure platform architecture supports advanced AI analytics, machine learning, and continuous feature delivery using Jira
- Implement best practices in code quality, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture
- Optimize MongoDB performance for real-time data operations and analytics
- Mentor development teams, promoting technical excellence and architectural integrity
- Stay updated with industry trends, integrating new technologies to enhance platform functionality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of software development experience with 5+ years as a Technical Architect
- Expertise in React, NestJS, MongoDB, and full-stack development
- Familiarity with third-party service integrations (Stytch, Chargebee, Qlik, Okta)
- Proficient in Jira project management
- Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and API design
- Strong knowledge of data integration tools, analytics platforms, and real-time data processing
- Deep understanding of security protocols and scalable architecture best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with AI/Client-driven platforms and BI solutions
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong DevOps experience, focusing on CI/CD and automated testing
