Job Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who can translate product requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually consistent user experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibilities with front-end development expertise, ensuring that interfaces are both aesthetically refined and technically efficient. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and user-centered digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Convert wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts into responsive web applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user flows and interaction models.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Maintain consistency across products by following established design systems and UI standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and browsers.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of user experience practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with backend services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based architecture.
• Basic understanding of user research and analytics tools.
• Experience optimizing UI performance and improving user engagement metrics.
