Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Operations
Manage and monitor the Power Platform environments (production, non-production) including capacity, licensing, and environment lifecycle.
Implement and maintain governance guardrails and data loss prevention (DLP) policies to ensure secure and compliant platform usage.
Manage user access, environment provisioning, and role-based security models in line with enterprise standards.
Monitor platform health, usage metrics, and telemetry using CoE tools, Power Platform Admin Center, and Azure Monitor.
Lead incident management, service stability, and platform updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business services.
Collaborate with security and risk teams to maintain compliance with data residency, privacy, and identity access management policies.
Solution Development & Delivery
Design, develop, and deploy low-code/no-code solutions using Power Automate cloud flows, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
Build and optimize Copilot Studio agents, conversational workflows, and context-aware integrations with enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and to translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
Deep Knowledge on creation of custom connectors, premium connectors, and Dataverse schema to support application development.
Conduct code reviews, solution testing, and quality assurance to maintain secure, performance, and compliant solutions.
Support CI/CD pipelines and manage solution deployments across environments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
Work with business units to onboard them to platform, provide training and support for makers and developers.
Act as an advisor, helping stakeholders understand platform capabilities and guiding them on best practices.
Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to enhance adoption of Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineers to align platform roadmap with business priorities.
Reporting & Optimization
Deep Knowledge in managing tables and Components of CoE
Use CoE analytics dashboards to track usage, adoption trends, license consumption, and platform ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvements, cost optimization, and adoption strategies.
Develop executive-level reports to communicate platform performance, operational risks, and service health.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in administration and development of Power Platform solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
Strong knowledge of platform governance, environment management, DLP policies, and security configurations.
Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems such as Azure AD, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Graph Connectors.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, solution lifecycle management, and performance monitoring tools.
Good understanding of Jira and agile delivery practices, including backlog management, user stories, and release planning.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate or Developer Associate.
Experience with Copilot Studio orchestration, building advanced conversational agents, and integrating generative AI features.
Knowledge of Azure services (Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Workbooks, Key Vault, Monitor, Application Insights) for advanced solution management.
Background in compliance, governance, and risk management within cloud-based platforms.
Familiarity with agile delivery practices, ADF controls, and DevOps toolchains (Azure DevOps, GitHub).

5+ years of experience in administration and development of Power Platform solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
