Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead implementation, rollout, and support projects in SAP FICO.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and support FI modules including:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Asset Accounting (AA)
o Bank Accounting
• Configure and support CO modules including:
o Cost Center Accounting
o Profit Center Accounting
o Internal Orders
o Product Costing
o Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Lead integration of FICO with other SAP modules such as:
o SAP Materials Management (MM)
o SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
o SAP Production Planning (PP)
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead workshops and provide functional guidance to business users.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work with technical teams to design enhancements and integrations.
• Provide production support and resolve complex finance issues.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage team deliverables.

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO).
• Expertise in:
o GL configuration
o AP/AR processes
o Asset Accounting
o Cost center & profit center accounting
o Product costing and CO-PA
• Experience with integration across SAP modules.
• Knowledge of financial closing processes and reporting.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and solution design.
• Experience working on implementation, rollout, and support projects.
