Experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in HCM Extracts, reporting, and integrations
BI Publisher (BIP): Develop custom reports, build complex data models, configure bursting, and customize layouts.
OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Create real-time dashboards and analytics using subject areas (e.g., Recruiting, Core HR, Workforce).
HCM Extracts: Design, schedule, and monitor extracts for HR/recruiting data exchange with external systems.
Fast Formulas: Able to build, debug and maintain formulas.
HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong understanding of HDL file structures, business objects, and troubleshooting errors.
