Job Description:-
Provide IT help desk functions and support to all users in office and remote
working.
Troubleshoot issues related to laptop/desktop, Mac book, and mobile devices
and
computing software.
Provision of users' access through Active Directory (AD), de-provision and
maintenance of users' accounts.
Create and maintain (update) documentation of internal IT systems, software
licence (to requisite for annual renewal), IT assets inventory records (hardware and
software) and ITOperations' procedures.
Manage, maintain and support network and communication equipment,
server's infrastructure.
Administer the existing IT Servers (including the cloud storage), storage device,
network (including the Wi-Fi Access Points) and backend IT equipment in
accordance with the standards and operations guidelines to ensure high
availability and security. This includes updating of server fixes (on a quarterly basis,
and where the fixes are already mature).
Ensure IT security measures and policies are strictly adhered to and enforced.
Update anti-virus definition for servers and computers (via AV server push-down
or pre-scheduled basis).
Perform daily system monitoring of viruses/spam mails, verifying the integrity of
emails And systems.
Create and maintain IT Security documentation and Operations procedures.
Knowledge in Google cloud platform & Workspace (Google mail, Google Drive,
Google
sites etc)
Red hat/CentOS/Ubuntu Linux: Understanding in Installation RHEL 7/8 on
virtual machines 2
Microsoft Windows Knowledge in Installation Windows server 2016/2019/2022 on
virtual machines
Installation of Windows 11 OS on laptops and troubleshooting operating system
issues.
Troubleshooting Dell hardware such as laptops, servers.
Knowledge in Active directory, Domain controller, DNS, DHCP services
Knowledge in patch management of Windows, Linux servers both on
on-premises and Cloud servers
VMware Esxi Knowledge & understanding Installation VMware Esxi 6.x/7.x/8.x
Understanding networking basics, implementation & troubleshooting of
switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points etc
Knowledge in OSI model, TCP/UDP protocols & ports
Understanding in Network cabling between servers/storage to switches/router
First/Second line escalation point for hardware troubleshooting and technical
issues of Hardware installations.
Understanding the organisation structure and ability to work efficiently.
Working with cross functional teams on a regular basis.
Participating in team meetings for metric analysis and daily/weekly goals

Identifying and creating knowledge sharing/technical/process documentation
within the ICT department.
Qualification :- BE/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. from a reputed university.
Certifications:
- MCSE and RHCE is a plus
