Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Genesys contact center solutions (Voice, IVR, Chat, Email, Digital channels).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage integrations with CRM, workforce management, and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Implement routing strategies, reporting, and analytics to improve customer engagement.
- Drive automation and optimization initiatives within the Genesys environment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Genesys technologies (E3 Band level).
- Strong expertise in Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud CX platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys components such as Composer, SIP Server, Framework, Routing, Workspace Desktop Edition, GVP/IVR, and Reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Java, .NET, or scripting languages for customization and integration.
- Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, CTI, and telephony protocols.
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid deployments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Genesys certifications (e.g., Genesys Certified Professional).
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
