Job Title: AI Developer / Machine Learning Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate has strong foundations in machine learning, data handling, and software engineering, with hands-on experience building and scaling AI models.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use
Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and intelligent systems
Develop and optimize models using Python, ML/DL frameworks, and statistical methods
Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to integrate AI solutions
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python
Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI algorithms
Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases
Understanding of REST APIs and model deployment
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
Knowledge of LLMs, transformers, and prompt engineering
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps tools
Background in statistics or applied mathematics
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Relevant project or industry experience can substitute for formal education
