Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Work with the Application Development & Maintenance team to resolve issues as and when required.
— Build automated scripts and demonstrate strong scripting skills for both trivial and non-trivial tasks.
— Diagnose and resolve application related issues logged with the helpdesk.
— Log all application related issues from end users into the Issue tracking software. Categorize and provide a 1st level diagnosis for reported issues in the software.
— Provide status update on all logged issues as & when required.
— Ensure compliance with SLAs for application related issues logged with the helpdesk.
Competency Required:
— Minimum 3 years of overall experience, with 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in performing helpdesk & support activities for enterprise applications including client/ server and web applications.
— Familiar and good working knowledge of J2EE applications, mobile applications, programming languages such as Java, databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) and scripting capabilities.
— Experience with Issue tracking software.
