Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Proficient in ITSM Green field implementation and integration
• Good hands on SAML 2.0 integration and platform capabilities
• Good implantation knowledge on IT service management processes i.e. IM/CM/SR/RM/ /KM/PA /VA etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Hands-on service graph connector for end user device discovery
• Good understanding on stories to build and deploy the same.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize platform usage.
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support team.
• Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met regarding coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
• Good in JavaScript, Web technologies - HTML or XML
• API integrations with other systems
• Configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM cloud (GCP and AWS) discovery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years' experience with proven experience as a ServiceNow Transition i.e BTD, and ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, CIS- ITSM, CIS- Discovery
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and their application in ServiceNow with IT service management processes and workflows.
• Must have experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST API, SOAP API, SAML and other methods.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Preferred:
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CSA)
• Certified on IT servient management (CIS-ITSM)
• Certified on CIS-Discovery
• Micro certification – flow designer
• Micro certification – CMDB Health
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies for customization and enhancement purposes.
