Job Description:

? Obtain necessary understanding of the problem from L1 Support Agent and End User.
? Check if physical engineer is required for problem resolution.
? Contact support vendor for obtaining engineer support to resolve the problem.
? Training and supporting help desk representatives and technicians
? Perform necessary resolution and report confirmation to End User.
? Provides direction, instructions and guidance to team.
? Handling escalation of end user and vendors.
? AV noncompliance monitoring and update the systems to meet compliance.
? Coordinating with next level team for the closure of internal dependency issue.
? Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.
? Analysis and Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution.
? Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
? Ability to speak to a non-technical audience about technical problems.
? Advanced troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on system in a timely and accurate fashion.
? Coordinate with other staff, to prioritize and work on continuing to improve existing systems.
? Carry out special tasks at Management's direction.
? Daily Monitor tickets and follow-up with team till closure.
? Capability to self-motivate, work independently and taking ownership of job responsibilities.
? Task oriented jos WRT hardware/Software to be completed to meet the compliance level.
