Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle - requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable FSL solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce modules and thirdparty applications.
- Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of FSL implementations.
- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Deliver user training and mentor junior consultants.
- Drive innovation by suggesting improvements to FSL architecture and processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Essential Skills
- Proven expertise as a Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Technical Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and configuration.
- Handson experience in FSL implementation, customization, and support.
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage client expectations.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Forgerock Identity Management or related digital identity platforms.
