Job Description:
Demonstrable experience of Hands-On project involvement ranging from Evaluating End User requirements gathering, UCCE, CUCM, Unity configuration, IM&P, MS Teams & Genesys.
Project involvement should be at a lead engineer level
Able to communicate at all levels from End users to Office and Regional Managers
Administration of Cisco UC platforms - UCCE, CUCM, Unity, IM&P, Expressway
Have supported on a day-to-day basis of a large-scale deployment
Ability to understand and maintain a E164 dial plan, Translation, Route Patterns, Calling Search Space, Partitions
Deployment via BULK Administration Tool - BAT
Experience of Jabber deployment on Mobile, Laptop
Voice over IP Protocols (SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP, etc.), Legacy Voice Protocols (ISDN, QSIG etc.)
Ability to debug voice gateway including Qsig, SIP protocols
Administration of MS Teams Voice with Direct Routing.
Ability to create Auto Attendant, Call queues, resource accounts and policies in MS Teams.
Experience of Geo/Non-Geo number porting in UK and EMEA.
Administration of Genesys Cloud call centre platform.
