Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update applications using COBOL, RPG (Report Program Generator), CL (Control Language), and SQL.
- Design and implement business logic and manage database interactions (DB2/400).
- Optimize system performance and ensure reliability of critical business applications.
- Support legacy modernization initiatives and integration with enterprise systems.
- Handle endtoend development tasks including designing, coding, debugging, and supporting complex applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in COBOL and RPG development on IBM iSeries (AS/400).
- Experience with CL and SQL programming.
- Deep knowledge of IBM i architecture and enterprise application workflows.
- Handson experience with DB2/400 database management.
- Ability to work on legacy modernization and integration projects.
- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
