Essential Skills: Must-Have Storage System Management Administer NetApp FAS and AFF series storage systems. Monitor performance| capacity| and health of storage infrastructure. Perform firmware upgrades and patch management. Configuration Provisioning Configure storage protocols NFS| CIFSSMB| iSCSI| FC. Provision storage resources based on application or user needs. Manage volumes| LUNs| snapshots| and quotas. Backup Recovery Implement and manage backup strategies using tools like SnapMirror| SnapVault| and third-party solutions (e.g.| Rubrik). Perform data restoration and disaster recovery operations. Troubleshooting Support Resolve performance| connectivity| and access issues. Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support following ITIL practices. Collaborate with server| network| and application teams. Security ComplianceEnsure data protection via encryption| access controls| and compliance with policies.
