Job Description:
• Design & Build: Architect, develop, and optimize K2 SmartForms, Views, and Workflows; implement business rules, SmartObjects, and data integrations.
• Integrations: Develop REST/SOAP API integrations, event handlers, and custom service brokers; integrate with ASP.NET apps, MS Teams/SharePoint, and enterprise systems.
• Backend Engineering: Build and maintain ASP.NET (MVC/Web API/Core) services and utilities supporting workflow solutions.
• Database Ownership: Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, indexing, and query performance for high throughput apps.
• Environment & Deployments: Own K2 environments (Dev/Test/Prod), packaging & deployment, service instances, and connection strings; automate CI/CD where feasible (Azure DevOps/Git).
• Production Support (L3): Triage and resolve complex incidents, conduct RCA, remediate defects, and harden apps for scale and resilience.
• Performance & Reliability: Monitor and tune K2 workflow performance, queue health, service broker stability, DB bottlenecks, and app logging/telemetry.
• Security & Compliance: Implement role based access, audit trails, data privacy, and platform best practices; maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product owners, Client, and business users to refine requirements and deliver incremental value.
• Mentoring: Guide L1/L2 engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering standards.
