Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ABAP development projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain OData services for SAP applications.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ABAP programs for performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with SAP standards and organizational policies.
- Provide technical leadership in upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in OData services and SAP NetWeaver Gateway.
- Proficiency in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
- Handson experience with ObjectOriented ABAP and SAP UI5/Fiori integration.
- Solid understanding of performance tuning and debugging techniques.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Experience in workflow, CDS views, and AMDP.
- Ability to manage client interactions and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
