• Translate business requirements into effective test scenarios, test cases, and automation strategiesDesign, develop, and maintain Java Selenium automation frameworks with a focus on reliability and scalability
• Execute functional, regression, and automation test cycles, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Participate in client meetings, sprint ceremonies, and walkthroughs to communicate test status, risks, and quality metricsIdentify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and provide proactive recommendations to clients
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams for resolution
