Job Description:
· Implementation and configuration of Cisco Routers and switches.
· Configure and Deployed Radius and Tacacs Server.
· Management and configuration of Aruba 105, 205, 225 Access points and Provide support on WLAN issues.
· Management of Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager RADIUS Server and provide support on Authentication failure issues.
· Administration activities of Network Infrastructure Daily checklist, Configuration Management, Backup & Restore of all Network Devices
· Monitor activities of L1 team and provide Technical/Non-technical training if required and ensure all the tickets are addressed and resolved within SLA.
· Review monthly link availability and utilization reports generated by L1 team and submit Capacity planning report to Senior Management team.
· Vendor Management & Branch Transition.
· Good hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting routing & switching protocols – BGP, OSPF
· Coordinate with internal groups, vendors/suppliers, and customers to implement customer orders in a thorough and timely manner.
· Prepare POA implement changes for new requirement like Major changes in BGP Migration and Changes in topology at DC/DR.
