| 1. Business Analysis & Solution Design Gather and analyze business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements 2. Cost Optimization & Procurement Support Identify cost-optimal solutions aligned to business requirements and scalability 3. Process Governance & Optimization Ensure adherence to defined business and IT processes across projects 4. Stakeholder & Customer Impact Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business, IT, operations) for requirement alignment 5. Project Coordination & Delivery Support Track project progress, dependencies, and deliverables 6. Learning & Capability Development Continuously upgrade knowledge on business, technology, and digital trends
Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering / Management 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Projects, or Digital Initiatives Must have Experience in LOS, SFDC, and fintech integrations MS Excel, JIRA, AI tools (Good to have) |
