- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
- Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
- Lead and mentor a team of production planners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
