Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules
• Work on integration with SAP modules including MM (Material Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions
• Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate closely with technical/ABAP teams
• Handle third-party integrations using BAPI and other integration tools
• Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support UAT activities
• Provide end-user training, system support, and issue resolution
• Document configurations, process changes, and implementation activities
• Work on Validation & Substitution configurations.

Required Skills:
• Strong Finance/Accounting domain experience (4–7 years preferred)
• SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and support experience
• Knowledge of ABAP concepts and technical coordination
• Experience in third-party integrations using BAPI or related tools
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Hands-on experience with Validation & Substitution
