JOB Description
Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/Absence/Payroll/Compensation/Benefits professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design solutions, and implement.
- Should be able to manage a team of functional resources.
- Should be an expert in at least two modules in Oracle HCM Cloud with Core HR as a mandatory module.
Key Role and Responsibility:
- Should have a total of at least 13+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 8+ years in Oracle Core HCM implementation and support.
- 10+ years of experience in HCM, out of which at least 6 years of exp in HCM Cloud, remaining can be in EBS or PeopleSoft HR
- Functional expertise in Core HR and the following modules (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll), + preferably one or more of the following modules (Absence, Performance Management, Time & Labor, Recruiting)
- Good knowledge of HCM technical concepts – Data Migration (HDL, HSDL), Fast formulas, Approval Workflows, Integration (Rest APIs), BI reporting etc.
- Should have worked as a solution architect in large implementation projects of HCM Cloud and/or migration from on prem PeopleSoft / EBS to HCM Cloud
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR modules.
- Configure and customize the Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core HCM modules, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess their applicability to clients' needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
Good to have:
- Well versed with considerations required in large implementation programs around how to handle customizations, data migration, cut-over, change management etc.
- Excellent client facing and front ending skills. Should have conducted requirement gathering and design sessions, conference room pilot sessions etc. in complex programs
- Prior EBS experience within last 5 years is nice to have.
- Must be well versed in EBS solutioning and implementation
- Should have exposure in migrating Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud.

- Worked on RFPs and Proposals - Solutioning, estimations, resource loading, project planning.
- Have the ability to put together a compelling value proposition. Should have done proposal defence.
- Should be able to conduct Product Demos
