Essential Job Functions:
- Support analysis of business and technical requirements for VDI
- Provide advice on best practices and available deployment options
- Assess compliance of VDI solution with organizational requirements
- Collaborate with IT architects to design optimal VDI infrastructure
- Define specifications for networking, security, policies etc.
- Assist technical team in configuring VDI environment
- Participate in TEP, tests and analyze results
- Recommend improvements and automation for better environment management
- Identify and resolve performance and compliance issues during implementation
- Create technical and operational documentation for VDI solution
- Support IT team and end users in understanding and managing new environment Assist in incident analysis and troubleshooting during TEP phase
- Ensure architectural understanding of platforms throughout project delivery
- Can take ownership of technical issues and blockers and resolve them independently
- Exp: 10 To 14 years
- Seasoned expert in cloud platforms with over 10 years of experience
- Deep technical knowledge and industry best practices for designing, deploying and optimizing VDI in cloud
- Experience with AWS WorkSpaces 2.0, Citrix Cloud or Azure Virtual Desktop
- Understanding of complex cloud architectures and VDI solutions
- Ability to ensure selection of efficient, secure, and scalable solution tailored to organizational needs
