Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate pricing records in SAP, including updates for corrections, expirations, and new product entries.
- Assign customers to price lists and ensure proper application of incoterms and shipping conditions.
- Execute mass price changes and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Review and process commercial proposals and pricing requests in line with established guidelines.
- Support the administration and execution of sales incentive programs.
- Keep Decision Rights Matrix current and schedule refresher training for pricing-related roles.
- Use profitability tools to generate reports and provide data for margin analysis.
- Assist in building economic value models for new products and applications.
- Monitor and report on market and competitive pricing activities to inform internal teams.
- Support product changes by preparing documentation and ensuring proper communication to stakeholders.
- Gather and organize customer feedback data for reporting and follow-up with relevant teams.
- Provide data mining support for SAP, margin reports, and other tools to assist in pricing and product decisions.
- Track and report progress on product-related projects; assist cross-functional teams in execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required.
- 1+ years’ prior work experience in an analytical role; preferably in sales, marketing, product management, pricing and/or supply chain
- Strong computer skills and efficiency in SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good organization skills, ability to manage several key objectives at the same time.
- Good written and oral presentation skills.
