Office Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM\nCompensation: ₹8 – ₹12 LPA (Based on current package, experience, and fit)\nEmployment Type: Contract – 6 Months\nJoining: Immediate Joiners Preferred\n\nWe are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the organization. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate between internal teams and ERP vendor, manage timelines, streamline implementation activities, and ensure a smooth deployment process.\n\nThis is a 6-month contractual opportunity for professionals who excel in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, process alignment, and ERP implementation execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage the complete ERP implementation lifecycle, from planning to deployment and stabilization.\nCoordinate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with ERP processes.\nAct as the primary point of contact between the organization and ERP vendor to ensure seamless communication and execution.\nDevelop and manage project plans, implementation schedules, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.\nMonitor project progress and ensure implementation activities are delivered on time and within scope.\nIdentify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows through ERP capabilities.\nEnsure proper documentation of implementation processes, workflows, configurations, and handover activities.\n\nRequired Skills:\nStrong experience in ERP Implementation Project Management .\nHands-on understanding of ERP implementation processes, business process mapping, and system deployment.\nStrong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.\nAbility to bridge business requirements with ERP functionalities and implementation needs.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution across departments.\nExcellent project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nStrong ability to work independently and ensure project deliverables are achieved within timelines.\nCertifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or ERP-related certifications will be an added advantage.
