ServiceNow + Strong scripting+ integration

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications/modules including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, Asset Management, and Service Portal.
• Build and maintain complex client scripts, business rules, UI policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
• Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripting solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Work on IntegrationHub, MID Server, web services, and API-based integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, testing, and documentation activities.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, Jira, etc.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Additional certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or IntegrationHub are a plus.
