This role sits at the core of enterprise collaboration and security, ensuring Google Workspace environments are robust, secure, and optimized for large-scale organizational use. You will be responsible for managing and hardening collaboration tools such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Meet, while ensuring seamless integration with identity, security, and compliance frameworks. The position plays a key role in strengthening enterprise cybersecurity posture by implementing advanced protections such as DLP, encryption, and access controls. You will also support proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of collaboration systems to enhance productivity and reliability. Working in a fast-paced, security-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with IT, security, and business teams across global operations. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for administering, securing, and optimizing Google Workspace across the enterprise while ensuring compliance, performance, and user productivity.

  • Administer and configure Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Vault, and third-party integrations.
  • Implement and maintain security controls such as access management, DLP policies, encryption, and compliance configurations.
  • Manage identity and access systems including IAM, SSO, and MFA integrations.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical and integration-related challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and internal security policies.
  • Support end-users and IT teams through training, guidance, and issue resolution.
  • Generate reports on system usage, license management, and collaboration tool performance.
  • Continuously optimize Google Workspace usage to improve efficiency, security, and collaboration.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong enterprise Google Workspace expertise combined with deep knowledge of cybersecurity, system administration, and cloud collaboration platforms.

  • 5-7 years of experience administering enterprise collaboration platforms, with strong focus on Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Workspace administration including security, configuration, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, MFA, and enterprise identity management systems.
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, enterprise IT policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience implementing data protection mechanisms such as DLP and encryption within cloud environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in large-scale technical environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, provide training, and support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
