Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for delivering advanced sales analytics and strategic insights that support business performance, planning, and decision-making. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data is accurate, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze complex sales and business data to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks to support strategic decision-making
- Define and document reporting requirements based on business needs and available data sources
- Perform advanced data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and sales operations projects
- Provide technical guidance on analytics tools, reporting methods, and data interpretation
- Support continuous improvement of data models, reporting systems, and analytics processes
Requirements:
You should bring strong experience in sales or marketing analytics with a proven ability to deliver insights that influence business strategy. You must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working with complex datasets and tools.
- Advanced experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and at least one programming language such as Python, R, or DAX
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database querying
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques
- Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Proven experience building dashboards and reporting systems for decision support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, business performance drivers, and market trends
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
