Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with key accounts, drive lead generation, and ensure seamless patient enrollment into the Twin program. This role is ideal for individuals at an early stage of their career who are eager to build strong sales and client management skills.
Location: B.R. Puram Industrial Estate, Coimbatore
Work Timings: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Experience Level: 1- 4 years
Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and manage the complete sales cycle for assigned key accounts, including lead qualification, meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth and effectively address client queries.
- Execute patient enrollment initiatives by collaborating with account stakeholders and ensuring a streamlined onboarding process.
- Guide patients throughout their enrollment journey and ensure accurate and timely onboarding into the Twin program.
- Monitor key account performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to improve overall performance and outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.
