Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – Domestic IT Staffing with a strong client network and proven ability to close positions and generate revenue within 3-4 months. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Domestic IT staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Leverage an existing active client base to generate business opportunities.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets by closing positions within 3-4 months.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients looking for IT staffing solutions.
- Account Management: Build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to strategize business growth.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization with clients.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Business Development in Domestic IT Staffing.
- Client Base: Must have active and strong client connections in the Indian IT staffing industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing positions and generating revenue within a short timeframe.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT staffing, contract staffing, and recruitment processes.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to meet aggressive revenue targets and drive growth.
- Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred.
