Business Analyst

Summary -

• Responsible for analysing, studying new system solutions and ownership for entire SDLC lifecycle including quality/testing of solution.

• Monitoring current systems along with current processes and implementing new solutions with the goal to improve overall business efficiency.

• Responsible for resolution and closure of support related queries and issues within the stipulated time frame and ensure that the system is up and running.

• Working along with the stakeholders i.e. vendor, business, operations, etc. to ensure overall efficiency in the system.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate current systems.
• Identify new system requirements.
• Suggest solutions for process improvement.
• Communicate with users to understand their additional requirements and needs.
• Work with IT team and developers to produce new and improve existing systems.
• Regularly test and troubleshoot.
• Fix issues in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.
• Handle security audit of application in close association with developer & IT Support Team
• Train and educate others in the team thereby mentoring the team.

• Database - PL/SQL
• OS – Windows and Linux
• Hosting environment – IIS and WebLogic
• Cloud - IaaS & PaaS
