Business Analyst
Summary -
• Responsible for analysing, studying new system solutions and ownership for entire SDLC lifecycle including quality/testing of solution.
• Monitoring current systems along with current processes and implementing new solutions with the goal to improve overall business efficiency.
• Responsible for resolution and closure of support related queries and issues within the stipulated time frame and ensure that the system is up and running.
• Working along with the stakeholders i.e. vendor, business, operations, etc. to ensure overall efficiency in the system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyse and evaluate current systems.
- Identify new system requirements.
- Suggest solutions for process improvement.
- Communicate with users to understand their additional requirements and needs.
- Work with IT team and developers to produce new and improve existing systems.
- Regularly test and troubleshoot.
- Fix issues in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.
- Handle security audit of application in close association with developer & IT Support Team
- Train and educate others in the team thereby mentoring the team.

- Database - PL/SQL
- OS – Windows and Linux
- Hosting environment – IIS and WebLogic
- Cloud - IaaS & PaaS
