5+ yrs in QA Automation
Tools Experience: Salesforce Lightening, Any Test Management tool, Postman and Informatica ETL
Design and execute system testing for Salesforce applications on sales and service clouds.
Comfortable with Salesforce terminologies, objects, modules, and data models.
Able to read through salesforce debug logs and any external api log files in troubleshooting defects.
Understand how External applications (api's or external databases) be called to/from salesforce.
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand features and functionalities.
Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability when needed.
