Salasforce Developer - Bangalore

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure optimal use of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud as required.

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or custom solutions.

• Create and maintain triggers, classes, batch jobs, and schedulers.

• Participate in full application lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Implement and maintain security models, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.

• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure best practices in development.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

• Knowledge of integration patterns and working with web services/APIs.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
