Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using Selenium
Perform end-to-end test automation for Salesforce applications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report bugs and defects in Salesforce environments.
Ensure integration, regression, and functional testing are effectively executed.
Maintain test environments and ensure test data integrity.
Automation certification is preferred
Optimize test workflows and improve automation coverage.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business teams to enhance testing strategies.
Minimum 8 years of Salesforce CRM testing experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Understanding of APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce customization.
Salesforce Certification (Administrator or QA Testing)
