Job description:Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in IAM / IGA to drive end to end delivery and implementation of IAM / IGA capabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of IAM governance, control ownership. Works closely with IAM architects, Product Owners, Engineers and senior stakeholders to gather and validate requirements and define end to end solutions. Develop and maintain process flows, control documentation, and Guidance documents for IAM capabilities and Governance procedures. Support System integration, user adoption and training related to new authentication and IAM services. Assist with metrics and reporting on adoption, usage, and control effectiveness.
